For account access, safety concerns, moderation questions, privacy requests or general help with TVERN.

Contact TVERN

Email support@tvern.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant account, report or content, but do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Report content in TVERN

Where possible, use TVERN’s report option on the relevant post, reply, review, meetup or event. Reporting from TVERN itself preserves the context moderators need to investigate quickly.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate local emergency or crisis service. TVERN support is not an emergency response service.

Child sexual abuse material or exploitation

TVERN has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Read the public Child Safety Standards, report suspected content through TVERN where available, and email support@tvern.com for urgent child-safety concerns. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material in order to report it.

Delete your account

If you can sign in, you can delete your account directly from the Delete account page on the website or from Account settings in the installed TVERN web app. If you cannot access your account, the same page explains the email request route.
