1. TVERN is 18+
TVERN is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Members must confirm that they are 18+ when creating an account. If TVERN becomes aware that an account is being used by a person under 18, the account may be restricted or removed and appropriate safeguarding action may be taken.
2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and child sexual exploitation are prohibited.
Members must not create, upload, request, distribute, promote, link to, normalise, facilitate or attempt to obtain child sexual abuse material or any sexualised content involving a person under 18.
Members must not use TVERN to groom, coerce, exploit, sexualise or arrange sexual contact with a child, or to facilitate another person doing so.
3. Protecting information about children
Dads may naturally talk about their children, but TVERN asks members to avoid unnecessary information that could identify or locate a child. Do not post a child’s home address, exact date of birth, school details, regular routes or routines, private contact details, precise live location or other highly sensitive identifying information without a legitimate reason.
4. Detection, moderation and enforcement
TVERN uses deterministic pre-publication safety rules, member reporting tools and moderation processes to reduce harmful content and investigate safety concerns.
Content or behaviour that appears to involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming or serious child-safety risk may be blocked or removed, and accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently removed. Relevant records may be preserved where lawful and reasonably necessary for safeguarding, abuse prevention, legal compliance or investigation.
5. Reporting child-safety concerns
Where a report option is available on the relevant TVERN content, use it so the report includes the context needed for review. Urgent child-safety concerns can also be sent to support@tvern.com.
Do not download, save, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material in order to report it. Provide enough information for TVERN to locate the account or content without reproducing the material.
6. Immediate danger
If a child or any other person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or law-enforcement authority. TVERN support is not an emergency response service.
7. Cooperation with lawful authorities
Where required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious risk, TVERN may preserve relevant information and cooperate with competent law-enforcement, safeguarding or specialist reporting bodies in accordance with applicable law.
8. Appeals and questions
If you believe child-safety enforcement has been applied incorrectly, or you have a question about these standards, contact support@tvern.com. Child-safety concerns are prioritised over ordinary account-support matters.
